Food and Cooking
 

I used the Food and Cooking Talk Time sheet from previous quarter as well as the activities below:

 

Icebreaker:

Place categories around the room and assign teams to come up with as many items in the food category as possible:

·         Fruits

·         Items you can order at fast food restaurant

·         Food that is served cold

·         Food that is the color of white, black, or brown

 

After coming up with a list, each member has to tell the group which is their favorite food item and why. 

 

Next, what food on their list should they eat more of? Why?

 

What food should they eat less of? Why?
